At UEvent, we want to be 100% transparent about our pricing. With UEvent, you have absolutely NO set up fees, NO long term contracts, and NO monthly charges.

Event Planners

There is no cost to use UEvent’s online event planners. Every account receives the Custom Event Planner when you sign up, and you can apply to receive any of our other online event planners, free of charge.

UEvent's online event planners are available at no charge, thanks to our sponsors. Some of our sponsorships are limited by geography, dates, and type of event, so we can’t guarantee that everyone will qualify for all the online event planners, but we’ll do our best.

Online Registration

Our registration pricing is based on a per registrant basis. You only pay for what you actually use.

Administration Fees

  • If your event is free to attend (i.e. no money is exchanging hands), then UEvent is free to use.
  • If you’re charging $10.00 or less per registrant, the cost is $1.00 per registrant + 2% of the total payment amount
  • If the fee charged per registrant is $10.00 or above, the cost is $2.00 per registrant + 2% of the total payment amount

Bank Fees

A major benefit of online registration is having registrants pay online with their credit card. When you use UEvent's secure credit card socket to receive payments, UEvent collects the credit card payments, and sends the collected monies to you on a biweekly basis, less applicable administration and bank fees.

  • Visa and Mastercard: 3.05% + 50 cents per registration
  • Discover: 3.2% + 50 cents per registration
  • American Express: 4.15% + 50 cents per registration
